What Do e-Solutions Bring?

e-Waybill was initially implemented on a voluntary basis starting from January 1, 2018, and later became mandatory for certain types of businesses in subsequent years. The characteristics of businesses required to use e-Waybill have been updated periodically, thereby encouraging a larger number of taxpayers to transition to e-Waybill. While some businesses are not obliged to use e-Waybill, they continue to benefit from this digital solution voluntarily.

According to the Tax Procedure Law General Communique No. 535 published in the Official Gazette in 2022, taxpayers included in the e-Invoice application with annual gross sales revenue of 10 million TL or more are obliged to switch to e-Waybill.

To apply for e-Waybill, you first need to be an e-Invoice taxpayer. Businesses already using e-Invoice do not need to apply separately to the Revenue Administration (GIB) to switch to e-Waybill. It is sufficient for them to obtain the e-Waybill solution from Logo Software, which is a special integrator. Logo Software initiates the necessary applications and activates the solution.

For businesses that are not e-Invoice taxpayers, they must first start using this solution. To do this, they need to obtain a fiscal seal first, then apply online to the GIB. Afterwards, by using the e-Invoice solution of Logo Software as a special integrator, all invoicing processes, and then waybill processes, can be digitized.

Applications such as e-Invoice, e-Ledger and e-Archive, developed in accordance with the standards of the Revenue Administration, provide cost savings.

It enables businesses to run their business faster and control it more effectively.

In addition to providing added value to operational processes, these solutions also enable savings in costs such as labor, archiving, printer consumables and paper invoice sending.
